Re: New to GRLB need guidance

Bob, that is correct. Some of the grbl settings might be changed to improve machine operation a little, and some may need to be changed to calibrate the distance movements of the axes. This should help with your understanding of grbl. Some of this will be confusing, I know, but with time and experie...

Re: New to GRLB need guidance

Bob, There are no settings in PicSender to affect the gcode settings, but there are some in grbl. The grbl settings can be viewed, and changes made, by clicking the yellow GRBL button at the top of the screen. What you are describing (coming up fast and going down slow) is most likely not a grbl set...

Re: Mach3 With PicEngrave Pro5 First Step

Marcelo,
If you are not already a member of the Mach3 forum, please join and read through this post (https://www.machsupport.com/forum/index ... ic=12444.0). It is a long one, but full of very good information and help for using Mach3 and lasers, both CO2 and laser diodes.

Re: Mach3 With PicEngrave Pro5 First Step

Marcelo, Mach3 will not work well with a laser for gray scale engraving images, but it can work to engrave dithered images using Mach3's built in commands. Re: PicSender v3 Update Released

Yes. Just download it again if you need to.
I am registering you as a "No" vote on the "anti-Double-Click" feature. I will look into possibly making it user optional in a future update.
Thanks Jan.

Re: PicSender v3 Update Released

Hi Jan, When jogging in v3x, it is now necessary by design to wait for the first jog movement to complete before another jog movement (click) will be recognized. This change was due to some complaints that extra, unwanted jog movements were occurring with some users. The extra movements were found t...

Re: PicSender v3 Update Released

Sorry, no published log. There are lots of changes, some visible, and many more not. You can try it and if you dislike it roll back to previous ver. 2.9.0.2.
