PICSENDER REGITRATION PROBLEM

Postby hooked » Wed Apr 05, 2017 12:32 am

Hi Guys,

This report on behalf of a friend of mine who has just downloaded and tried to register V2.7.3

He states that clicking on the Blue "Click here to register" button does not bring up the pop up window to enter his registration details.

Any known issues with this version and registration? If not, it means a trip for me to go and sit in from of his computer to sort it.

THANKS

Daryl

They need to connect to the com port first before the registration window will appear after selecting the button. I just tested it here with the latest v2.7.4.

Did your friend purchase a PicSender License? The registration email states this.

Yes he did. He struggles a bit with computer stuff so I took it up on his behalf to try and help him out.
