I just downloaded the newest ver. but I keep getting an alarm when I use the goto command on the Y axis. Its popped 3 different errors. 1. A limit switch is tripped when not near any limit switch. 2. Its exceeded its axis limit when its not near any axis ( never seen this error notice before) 3. It will say it triggered an alarm but then still keep crawling at maybe 5 ipm. When I revert back to earlier Ver.'s the errors dont happen anymore. This only happens on the Y-Axis.

There is an issue that has affected some system configurations. The latest update has been temporarily withdrawn as this is resolved. It should be fixed and a new update released soon. Please check back in a couple of days. We apologize for the problem.

I just downloaded and installed on my Win 7 desktop computer, and my Win 10 Dell laptop, and both work OK with v3.5.0. Sounds like you may not be connecting via USB. Did you check the Com Port and Baud Rate for correct values?

Hi john and thank you for the feedback.I sent you a reply on email on wednesday ...don`t know if you received that ? But this is really strange, all the other versions up to 3.0 runs fine. But the 3.0 and 3.5 is a no go here for me.I`v been trying all i can come up with,to no avail :-( Can this have something to do with that I am running on a norwegian version of windows ?? some kind of incompatibility maybe ..... Helge

My sincere apology. I failed to check my email spam folder the past few days, and I just found your email there. I will respond via email to you as soon as I have checked a few things. It is very possible that it is a Windows version issue.

To not leave others hanging, there is a problem with some of the recent releases of PicSender not opening in some language versions of Windows. This will be fixed with the next update.
