My new 6W doing better. I tried the 6 W on the cut, it worked but it left a dark line on the cut. I tried the 40 w CO2 It was about the same. I ended up using the router, It was better and a lot faster. I did like John suggested and cut from both sides, I cut the front not as deep as the mirrored back. They all broke off good but one piece needed repair. The next one I am going to cut it first and than laser the picture, I think the white space will be less (I Think :?) ???). Here is a link to my new clock (I just got it going) :crazy)
Thanks for the look]

Very nice engraving/puzzle Jerry and your clock is ingenious!

Thanks for sharing.

Nice, Jerry. Is the clock your own design?

Thank you both
Yes and it keeps time right with the clock on the stove. It was running a little fast when I first started it up and that night I had to shut it down because it was already tomorrow in the shop.
